Case Study: 127 inquiries in 31 Days for an Insulation Company

127 inquiries in one month

Including all measurable, online client acquisition channels (excluding direct phone calls not tracked through analytical tools).

How did we achieve this?

I have been working with this client (Spray foam insulation contractor in Poland) for several years, testing various solutions and gradually expanding the scope of work and communication channels with potential clients.

As a result, there are several sources of inquiries:

External sources (third-party platforms):

Internal sources (fully owned by the company):

Additionally, 20-30% of inquiries come from untraceable sources, such as clients directly dialing the phone number found on social media profiles, banners, or leaflets.

Facebook Ads | A campaign generating contact forms

Statistics include a 30-day period. Contacts generated through campaigns include phone numbers of people interested in a quote for insulation services.

This was possible thanks to building solid foundations in previous campaigns, which included educating the target group by sharing knowledge and referring them to expert articles on the company blog.

In addition to Lead Ads campaigns (form submission), we simultaneously ran additional ad campaigns for the client that used other methods of generating inquiries, including those directing audiences to the company messenger. Upon clicking such an ad, an automatic message would request a phone number for consultation and a quote.
